The Colony has a seating capacity of 440 including front row disabled-accessible seating. The Center first row and platform can be removed to create a modest orchestra pit.

Backstage
All backstage dressing rooms are located on the Fourth Floor accessible by elevator (or stairs) and
equipped with closed circuit television and program audio, paging, bathroom and shower facilities.

Upon request, Principal dressing rooms can be activated with internet access and direct phone lines in
order to establish temporary production offices as needed.
Crew Room is located on the second floor
One Unisex ADA accessible bathroom is located on the first floor.

Loading
A loading door, 8' x 8’, is located off Lenox Ave, Stage Left. Height from street level is ~ 4'-3".
Street closure information
If you want or need to close part or all of a street due to your load-in needs you are required to request off duty police officers at least 72 hours prior to the date(s) needed.
Please call 305-673-7823 to make arrangements.
Additionally if the closure will require a considerable amount of time you may need a “Right of Way”
permit, which requires you to submit drawings of how the vehicle(s) will interact with obstruction of
traffic. This request should be delivered to the City’s Public Works Department, Attention: Demar
Woodson at (305)-673-7080. You may also be required to provide traffic cones or barricades.
To reserve metered parking spaces call the City of Miami Beach Parking Department and speak with
Asha Marajh at 305-673-7000 x 6729. You will need to provide her with the number on the gorilla post curb medallions located on site. “No parking” gorilla posts (fees will apply) will then be placed on these curb sites.
